What is Your Stats?

   

        Ok so today we're going to discuss Stats.  So in Order to process in Beyou you want to make sure to keep your Stats from dropping by 20% (lowest you want to see your stats is around 80 for each).  How do we do that?  Well today we're going to discuss ways to keep those stats up even if you haven't made the investment of buying the Beyou furniture.  For locations to help you do that, please make sure to see yesterdays post.  We'll go through the stats step by step and explain what each one means as seen on your profile page.

MANA:  So this is your power, mind frame for lack of a better word.  Quick way to bring this up Coffee, cookies, taking a shower, cleaning your house, or doing something for yourself like putting on lipstick.  Most Stores (again see list) offer free coffee.

WELLNESS: Your energy, how your feeling, quick way to up this is to eat!  Drink water.  Many places offer free eating areas.

ENERGY: Kind of self explanatory here.  Sit down and rest your feet in a piece of Beyou furniture.  Sit down to a meal, go to one of the sitting areas on many sims.  You'll see this increase alot quicker as well if you are Doing Something under the animations tab.

HYGIENE: Use one of the public toilets and pee about a million times to bring up those stats.

MOOD: Clean something!  Use the Yoga mat

REPUTATION:  Cleaning your kitchen, taking a shower, eating cookies will bring this up for you

SOCIAL: Sit with someone on a piece of Beyou furniture, a lot of places have bots placed down so you can sit and work on getting your social up.

   Hello all you new Beyou users.  Today we're going to discuss some of the places you have just GOT to go to fill your Beyou needs.  I've compiled a bit of a list of places that are definately worthy of tucking away if you plan on using the beyou hud.  (places are not in order of importance so no one get butt hurt please)

This is the headquarters for Beyou and has everything to fill all of your Beyou needs.   The group is amazing and always an educational source for all your beyou questions.

Ok, this is one of my favorite places to shop and has absolutely everything!  Paint store, Hardware store (which offers tools, shovels etc, Grocery store, .  It offers public bathrooms, used Beyou items, an area to relax, another to vacuum, Beyou Pool, this is the place to hang out to bring up ALL your stats and offers some amazing prices and sales.

Ok this is My favorite place in the world for Beyou needs.  The Lumber yard offers you a wide range of items, whole foods provides all your grocery needs and has 2 weekly raffles, there is a large sitting area with free food to keep and tables with bots to keep your stats up.  The sim its self is set up with Beyou and has public bathrooms, seating area's, a playground and a pool. Not to mention they do a weekly bingo where you can win Beyou items.  The group is amazing and always an educational source for all your beyou questions.

7. Crow Family Market

Ok, now when you first enter here you might just think its an ordinary grocery store and market but you would be very very wrong.  This place is a MUST to have on your list because they offer a service i haven't seen in any other Beyou site.  With any purchase in the store you can then proceed to fill out an adoption form , birth certificate or marriage form to have filled out and submitted for free.  Just make sure that you keep that transaction number to put on the form.  The store also offers a sitting area and free food as long as your in the group.  For you Gacha lovers there is also Beyou Gacha machines.

Life2 Vs Beyou

Life2

Ok, so i was a huge Life2 user, you named it and i owned it proudly.  I wasn't a big fan of their furniture, so i hit alot of their scripts in my own but i loved that Life2 turned my secondlife into a sims like environment.  I loved the farming, the food, etc, but the graphics were very basic and the animations about the same.  Over all it was a great concept with not enough effort.  Now the benifit at the time was there were so many creators making things for Life2 that there were millions of options out there for yourself.  Sadly as most of us know Life2 experience a "crashing" of their systems and haven't been able to bring the product back online for us.  Those of us who used Life2 have been waiting for this repair for quite some time and i have to say, i've given up hope that its going to take place.  Now something I did love about Life 2 was that it did have work areas in their store where you could earn life money, which could be used in the store to purchase almost anything Life2 produced.  What did that mean???  It meant with a little bit of time and effort you could play Life2 completely for free and still maintain decent stats, but you did need to first buy the hud.  I also always had a hard time with the Life2 community and receiving responses from them when something went wrong with the system.


Beyou

     Beyou offers you their hud completely for free!  This hud alone is easier to read, offers much more stats and is much more user friendly then the Life2 system.  You also have access to their web page where you can log in and monitor your stats as well.  https://www.beyouworld.com/me.  You'll see on their web page that unlike the Life2 system, Beyou offers you professions, Family abilities, Achievements  as well as free gifts which are randomly given!  Now my favorite and by far the most used portion of this web page for me, it gives you a list of your assets, meaning you can see every Beyou think you have laid out or stored in your fridge.

      Now unlike Life2, Beyou food will expire, so don't buy 30 cartons of milk and leave them in your fridge!  If you leave them in your inventory without loading them into your assets your fine and it doesn't expire!  Something i love and you all will be amazed with, is Beyou did not wimp out on their graphics or their animations.  Even their planting plots come with cute sits and animations to use. Unlike the Life items that I hid away, the Beyou furnature and items I am proud to have my home furnished with, and the food looks so realistic it has me running to the kitchen to eat in real life.  Over all, as you will see in a second, the Beyou system in the end is a little more costly, but I truly believe it is worth every single linden.

    Now i do want to address their customer support for if you do have a problem.  I have submitted a question to them, and even though they say it can take 24-48 hours, i was answered within 12 by the nicest people.  Heck i wish half of the companies in real life did customer support this way!  On top of that there are educational classes constantly being given so that everyone has the same advantage to learn all they can.  Another thing i'd like to mention is that when i was a Life2 user, i can remember waiting endlessly in the hope they would bring out medical.  Since beginning Beyou, I've already seen release of  two new items.  So far i am LOVING being me through Beyou!!!!!

My Intro to Beyou

        Lets begin with a brief introduction.  My name is Isabella Minoptra and i have been addicted to second life for 10 years and 2 months.    I've always enjoyed Role play  and have role played in a huge assortment of different places in second life.  My favorite.............and yes there is a point to this...........is family based role play.

    I tell you this because my Beyou adventure begins in such a sim.  A quiet little town called Primrose which offers fantastic role play in a family based environment.  I quick gained my normal role within the Primrose community and became the town doctor.  I always want to provide the best role play possible to myself and my patients and began trying to figure out what other medical huds were out there that I wasn't utilizing.  Upon speaking to the owners of Primrose I found out about Beyou, not really knowing anything about it but that it provided the option for medical I sought out to find what i could about the system.

   So what is Beyou?  Beyou is a wearable hud that you can get for free by going to https://www.beyouworld.com or visiting http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/beYou/108/151/30.
This hud will give your game the element of Life simulation within second life. You can control your day to day activities and work to maintain life skills and life stats by fulling everyday tasks such as showering, using the bathroom, cooking and eating among many many many others.

     Now as i had stated previously you can also choose professions with this amazing little hud.  As to date we are offered options between Sports, Cooking, Farming, Law, and medical (which now includes the pharmacist profession).

     So my goal here isn't to explain to you everything about Beyou, I would direct you to the site for that since i am still very much learning as i go along.  I do want to fill you in on my Beyou journey, how i find it comparable to other huds, the items they produce that i've fallen in love with, and the ones i think you can just live without.
